About
Welcome to my practice! I feel privileged to be in a position to guide people on their journey towards personal growth and healing.
I offer a safe, compassionate, supportive and non-judgmental environment in which we work together to address your concerns and create long-term change and lasting solutions.
I help adults, children, adolescents and couples identify and use their unique strengths in dealing with life’s difficulties and transitions.
My practice is mindfulness-based, culturally sensitive and client oriented. My therapeutic modalities include CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), psychodynamic work, solution-focused brief therapy, existential therapy and life/career coaching.
My approach is holistic and utilizes collaboration, psycho-education, skill building, relaxation techniques and spirituality, with special attention on self-care, self-acceptance and empowerment.
I am bilingual and bicultural, and my professional history includes ABD and MA in East Asian languages and cultures, MA in TESOL, MA in MFT, and a graduate certificate in gender studies.
