About
Hello and welcome,
In my therapy practice, I work with people who are navigating personal challenges and seeking meaningful change. I support people as they are getting in touch with their true selves to find clarity, insight and healing.
My therapy approach is warm, person-centered and collaborative. I utilize humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based modalities to assist people with moving toward health and well-being.
Psychotherapy offers people a space to slow down, reflect, and focus on themselves. Sharing your story and making room for your emotions is an act of courage—and often the first step toward healing. My goal is to support you by offering a safe, non-judgmental environment where you feel seen and heard. Together, with curiosity and compassion, we’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy. Through this process, we’ll deepen your awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns—helping to identify what may be getting in the way of ease, connection, and overall well-being.
I enjoy working with people who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-criticism, identity concerns and codependency.
